Building a Diverse Educator Pipeline: We're increasing representation of Black educators by providing a clear pathway for Black youth interested in education careers. This includes equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, over 130 hours of practical experience in classrooms, and pairing them up with Black educators to be their mentors.
